It was a bright but cold day, you know thew winter days that you actually like because the sun is bright and the air is crisp. Both emma and james were quite nervous bless them and the mornings preparations were a relatively calm affair.
The guests braved the cold for the confetti and group photographs but the piece de resistance was the beautiful glowing the sky that we saved for the portraits of Emma and James. I was conscious that the cold would get to emma and I would end up with a blue bride but despite my warm clothes I think that it got to me before it got to Emma. I clearly have spent too many winters away from my homeland Canada and not the durable Canadian I once was.
With a small but intimate wedding the day went quickly and the speeches were greeted with much laughter and applause before the evening’s dancing begun.
I have share a few of the images that we took of emma and James’s beautiful November Vaulty Manor wedding. If you are looking for a wedding venue then get in touch with Kirsty and the team at Vaulty Manor or come and see us Sunday the 14th of January for the wedding fair.
