For the last blog post of the year I am sharing the very elegant December wedding of Emma and Colin. The wedding ceremony was held at the extraordinary Ironmonger Hall in Barbican. With its wood paneling and magnificent chandaliers and impressive staircase it certainly added an air of occasion to the wedding.
Colin arrived in a vintage Police car which had to pull up in front of a more modern police van which added to the fun! With black tie and family tartan Colin was ready to great the guests before Emma’s arrival in London black taxi ( although a white version for the occasion) !
After the ceremony guests were treated to surprise transport on London buses through the lights of Oxford Street and Regent Street before taking them on to The Reform Club on the Mall for the evening reception. As you can see Jayne my second shooter managed to get a few images of the second bus on route with the lights.
With an imposing gold and glass cieling and balcony to view it from guest had pre dinner drinks before we managed to capture a big group photo!
With a beautiful reception room to dine in and a band to kick off the dancing we captured the day which seem to fly by at an incredible pace before departing and leaving the guests to enjoy the rest of their evening.
